Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Custom furniture pieces may require additional lead time, which will be specified on the product page.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Puure ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping to Europe and Australia in the near future.
How do I care for my Puure textiles?
To maintain the longevity of our linens and towels, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent and tumble drying on low heat.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Puure furniture items include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Textiles and smaller decor items are covered by a 90-day quality guarantee.
